I love helping people who are stressed and anxious; too many suffer with these issues, and I know that I can really help. It is my passion, and I fervently believe that everyone suffering can benefit from my guidance and support.

I use a personally devised combination of treatments, therapies and workshops to give you exactly the support that you need; from EFT, Hypnotherapy and Matrix Reimprinting, to Reiki and Mindfulness Meditation, I would be delighted to guide you through your route to recovery.
