What I Do
Here at Life 4 Living Therapy, I help people just like you to overcome some of the challenges they have to face in their everyday lives.
I’ve been working as a professional wellbeing practitioner helping many clients with their phobias, anxieties, confidence issues, food cravings and stress challenges.
Food cravings and Overwhelm (anxiety) are my areas of expertise. I have undertaken a lot of studying and research in these areas, so that I can support my clients with even the most complicated cases.
I use a number of techniques to support my clients, including:
- EFT – Emotional Freedom Technique
- CIC – Mindfulness Meditation Teacher
- Matrix Reimprinting
I provide specialist programmes (that include encouragement calls) that are flexible and I offer both evening and weekend appointments to fit in with my clients’ busy schedules.
